The Amish Arts & Crafts bed in oak makes an excellent centerpiece in any bedroom. Perfect for anyone who wants to upgrade from cheaply made, disposable alternatives, the Amish Arts & Crafts bed captures the look, feel and – most importantly – the quality of traditional handmade furniture.
Our Amish Arts & Crafts bed measures 85 inches wide by 89 inches deep by 53 inches high and fits a standard king-size mattress. A queen version is also available. The piece is crafted in solid oak, though cherry, brown maple and other woods are available as an upgrade. Finish the bed naturally, or in the stain of your choice.
The arts and crafts movement and mission-style furniture are closely related. Hallmarks of both include clean lines that highlight the natural beauty of solid wood, strong attention to detail and exceptional quality. The unpretentious styling of mission furniture allows individual pieces to blend in easily with more modern designs – one of the many reasons genuine antiques are so highly sought after.
Our beds are an expression of this longstanding artisanal tradition, with each built to order using quality materials and heritage techniques. As a result, they may cost a little more than similar department store furniture. In return, however, you get an attractive, unique piece that will last a lifetime.
When purchased as part of a complete bedroom set, our Amish Arts & Crafts bed is eligible for discounts of up to 33 percent off retail pricing. For more information, or to request a quote, contact our office to speak with a representative directly.
